The dashes will not be there if more than 29 votes are cast in that precinct by that type of ballot. Getting more voters out to the polls will ensure that numbers are reported instead of dashes.
I cannot - I did not analyze that deeply and saw the statute reference. I am truly disheartened by this report and fear there is no chance of a true election ever again.

True, then explain ex. Tom Vail Precinct 110 with all dashes but a total of 170 votes. Only 3 categories.
