In regards to the case in Florida, the appeal was filed this week. It is available upon request. I want to thank the National Constitution Law Union for preparing it and submitting it. It clearly shows NO CRIME WAS COMMITTED. In fact according to Roger Roots the Constitutional Attorney who prepared it “Wow. This might actually be one of the most ridiculous prosecutions in Florida history.” To everyone who contributed, especially Bryan Kenady and the Republican Assembly of Sumter County, I can not thank you all enough.
