Supervisor of Election Willaim Keen, who is up for re-election in 2024 had me arrested last week. Why? Maybe, because during the 2022 election cycle, I visited most of the polling precincts in Sumter County, many held at The Villages Recreation Centers, with my rolling tape measure and measured the 150-foot mark from the door that under Florida state law candidates and campaign volunteers must stay behind to avoid violating the law. Many of the polling locations placed signs further away from the door than necessary to comply with the law. In fact, at Laurel Manor Rec Center, for example, the signs were placed 230 feet away from the door and past the parking lot. I kindly asked the supervisor to move the signs to the correct spot. A Villages worker, who was also doubling as an election official for the SOE brought out a rope, supplied by the state, and marked off the 150 radius. The legal area was in the middle of the parking lot, which pissed him off a bit as he had to get chalk, bend over throughout the parking lot, and draw a line. Needless to say the Sumter SOE doesn’t want me making sure they don’t BREAK THE LAW again in 2024, as I am sure they will, if they can keep me out of the election process. In 2022 I set up volunteers at each polling location to pass out flyers for certain candidates. Some were not favorable to the powers and the establishment in Sumter County/The Villages, and they lost a few races. They decided they couldn’t allow that to happen again. Now, you understand why three years later SOE William Keen had me arrested.
As you can see from the video below I documented what happened. The reason for doing this was to make sure volunteers did not get into trouble for campaigning inside the 150-foot area.
Of course, this is just one reason, I support President Trump they do not. But make no mistake about it, when Trump wins the primary they will take all the money they can get from Trump and the party and pretend to be on the Trump team.
Now to William Keen, Sumter County SOE. Today I filed a Criminal Complaint after reading press reports of him stating that he did not count my father’s ballot, a Navy Veteran, after he died even though the ballot was received in the office a week before the deadline, November 3, 2020, election day. I refuse to sit by and allow someone to steal my father’s dying wish. So, I am calling on the State Attorney to prosecute Mr. Keen, who clearly violated the law as outlined in the complaint.
If you believe the Supervisor of Elections should follow the law and not steal the vote of a veteran, please call the State Attorney’s office and ask that Mr. Keen be prosecuted. The number is 352-569-6650. The Secretary of State, Cord Byrd, is required under the law to immediately remove Mr. Keen from office, that number is 850-245-6000. Please be polite and to the point. But show these government officials that “We The People” demand they do their job and follow the law.
As previously mentioned Mr. Keen must be removed from office. The position of Supervisor of Elections will be open and is up for election in 2024. If you are interested in running for this position regardless of what happens with Mr. Keen. Contact me. We can not allow a supervisor of election who arbitrarily decides whose vote he will count and whose he won’t, and then steals the vote of a veteran Republican, and can only find Republicans to have arrested. It makes you wonder who this guy really is. The election system in this state is atrocious, as you will see in future posts, you can be the one to fix it. Contact me.
It will never change when SOE's like Bill Keen are part of an organization that hides from Florida Sunshine laws and takes money/ goes to plush events sponsored by the companies that make the machines and the software.
Historical Introduction
Origin of the Grand Jury System
Historically, the grand jury has been looked upon as a suitable device for protecting the weak or unpopular from judicial harassment or politically motivated prosecutions.
Just a note, the charges leveled against me where not presented to a Grand Jury, but by INFORMATION only from a State Attorney who is up for reelection in 2024, based on a complaint by a Supervisor of Elections who is up for reelection in 2024. Just sayin.
